This product is normally fitted in combination with FMKT010 Please be aware that these hoses were patterned from right hand drive vehicles. Whilst we believe these to be correct for left hand drive vehicles we suggest that you visually check their suitability, as replacement items, with those fitted to your own vehicle, before attempting installation.

Blow Off Valve kit for VAG 1.4T 1.8T 2.0T Engines Productomschrijving This Blow Off valve is for VAG vehicles equipped with the 1.8 2.0T FSI or TFSi engines that have the electronically controlled bypass valves. It is recommended for any vehicle where the boost pressure has been increased by an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles fitted with the earlier version of the OEM valve that operate in warmer climates, as a solution to the many failures of the diaphragm that have occurred. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability. Intercooler Audi S3 2 Litre Productomschrijving This uprated intercooler replaces the original front mounted intercooler . Following extensive testing of various intercooler core designs, the clear leader was a 650 x 400 x 50mm Bar and Plate core. Our testing was conducted on both standard vehicles and also those running larger turbos to ensure that this product would function with all states of engine tune . During testing we recorded gains between 19- 26 bhp depending of the engine tune with significant reductions in the inlet temperature. Our intercoolers are supplied with all the mountings required and comprehensive fitment instructions.

This recirculated air contains aerated oil from the crankcase which is burned by the engine. Turbo charged engines often draw significant amounts of oil into the engine through the PCV system. This oil catch tank system removes aerated oil so that it can be drained and recycled. This kit is suitable for intallation to the 2 litre FSi engines found in the VW MK5 Golf , MK5 Golf Edition 30 and SEAT Leon Cupra ( not for engine codes CCTA CBFA ) The kit is available in two versions, as in different geographic locations these vehicles are fitted with a carbon filter, located at the front of the engine bay ( on the left as you open the bonnet / hood ) Carbon filter If you have this carbon filter fitted then this product will fit your vehicle. Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced. Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement.
